Ok don't sweat it!  I found out a cleaner way.  FWB 2.5 and maybe later, has an option for Device Copy. You open up the menu and you pick a Hard Drive then pick Destination and then Blam!  CLONING!! Yea!!!

I actually think that didn't get fixed, because I let the computer sleep(off) for over 12 hours, and when I tried to start it up today, I got the "startup hang" force restart and back in business.  I don't really mind, if it is the PSU, I have a back in my other 840 box that died.  So we'll see...
