WOW! That's amazing. I'll be in line for one of these. I have a really crunchy batter bombed IIci that I am trying to resurrect but I have my doubts it will work. The IIci is the first work computer we had back in the day and we're really nostalgic about it. I'd love to build a working one.

Hi Philipi, thank you for the fast reply and very helpful answers. In the attached image of the same chip, there is an asterisk after some of the net names, for example "RESET*on pin 37. The circle with the line through it from the Bomarc on pin 27 is now a little wedge.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to reply. I am not actually trying to replace them, I am just looking for the datasheets or just the pin configuration for the ones in my IIci.

Still working on schematics, I have searched online for the datasheets for the ROM chips to no avail.

Thank you for helping out. Those capacitors won't get more than 12V so clearly any of the appropriate uF ceramic capacitors will be just fine. I don't need to replace them, I am just trying to make an accurate schematic for myself and learn all about the IIci.

Really basic question. What would the voltage be for these capacitors with the red arrows? For example, why don't the 0.01 uF capacitors show voltage when the other capacitors to the left show both capacitance and voltage? Thanks.
