    Mac Hut is back

Awesome work! Should I report broken files in the thread or by PM though, at least one high profile program I'd been hoping to use is incomplete and thus won't install, but I'm not sure if I should name it on an open forum...

    OS 7 SIT compression utility?

AFAIK, it's kind of like WinZip over on the dark side. It will nag you, but it won't ever actually stop working. It's certainly shareware though.

    OS 7 SIT compression utility?

Currently, I've got DropStuff on my rig to create StuffIt archives. Disk Image is the tool for creating Disk images under System 7. Disk Image is freeware, but I'll not post a link to it directly as the site I got if from has links to stuff like Mac System ROM images which oughtn't to be spread...

    Hello from a noob

An SE/30 might be an option for me, but some of the stuff I want to do would really be happiest with something like a IIfx or a Quadra... As my odds of getting a IIfx are practically nil, a Quadra is my best bet. I do plan on getting a classic Mac as soon as funds can be gathered, however.

Does anybody know of anywhere that might have Mac-format fonts that can be used on a System 7 system? I'm looking to create a Mac productivity environment to show...

    Hello from a noob

Actually, I've already got Basilisk II up and running. It's quite cool to be able to use all the classic Mac programs on my Linux box. Heck with the LaserWriter driver's ability to print to a file and Basilisk II's ability to read/write from the host computer, I can actually do useful work...

    Hello from a noob

Hello everyone from a noob :) I currently don't have any 68K Mac hardware, though my first computer was an LC and I am looking to get some stuff (like maybe a Quadra 950, with that sexy, sexy case of its) For the moment though, I'll mainly be emulating and leeching :p
