The one I have is third-party, not from Apple. But it's for the older batteries to tell them, they "have to be full loaded".

I always use a hair drier to remove any stickers. Not too hot and slowly I remove them.

It's strange that the module now wants to format any CF card in ProDOS (only choice).

The CF-card is working on a different PCMCIA module, as I wrote and on any other PowerBook with PCMCIA card slot (I have about 40 of these PowerBooks...) Same problem with different working card adapters and CF cards. Only this Rev. B module is somewhat faulty.
