Hello all, I just picked up a Powerbook G3 Pismo locally today but it's lacking a charger.  I'm not entirely sure which chargers work but from what I can gather from quick searches, anything with the barrel connector should work, as long as it's the larger style as opposed to the later G4...

Any caveats or does it work as expected?  I would have expected that design is the equivalent of unplugging and plugging in your keyboard which I thought was not supported on most Macs. 

I'd pick it up for $50 no question.

Got my adapter, the same as linked but from different seller, and IBM U320 drive.  Didn't think about the terminators!  Plugged it all in and the drive doesn't even spin up.  No terminator but I don't see how that would prevent the drive from powering up.  I guess my options are buy another...

Thanks!  Not sure why I haven't heard of the adapter/2.5" ultra320 combo before but I'm glad I just did.  $32 shipped for both is what I paid.

I always saw those monitors paired with the 6100 and to me, that's the only proper fit!  Since it has the squid it will work but wouldn't it look a little small next to the massive 950?

Finally decided to take another crack at this thing.  It's been 5 months since I opened it up but I wasn't able to find any manufacturer name or other markings without taking the board out.  However, the board would not slide out since the add on card was too tall and the surface mount...
