Could the drive be pulling too much power?

No AirPort or carrier, RAM appears to be minimal (one stick). I had thought about pulling the drives, maybe throw the DVD up on the TradingPost or LEMSwap. Hadn't thought about the speakers or mobo, but if they're not too hard to pull... Watch this space, I guesss. :-)

Actually, the D610 and D620 both take DDR2. The only question is whether the memory from the 610 will be too slow for the 620. That said, I have a D630 from $WORK that I love... nice machine to travel with.

64470 sounds like the as-built capacity (65 Watts). 4400 (4.4 Watts) sound like the current capacity and is consistent with your 35 minute estimate of actual use.
