I went for the paper solution, and it has been running a week without issues! The paper solution might not be elegant, it's easy to perform. (takes about 40 min) I hope it keeps on working.

Hi I have a old but cool Powerbook G3 Pismo and an Apple remote. Since the Pismo has an Irda port I wonder if I could pair my remote with my Pismo.

I ve bought a Pismo (500 mhz) on eBay, and it was sold broken. At home I unplugged the pram battery, and then it booted fine. The Pismo is in great condition. But the screen is somewhat loose. I opened up the case, and the left hinge seems to be broken. Can this be fixed? Any recommandations...
