    IRC Behavioural Issues.

Well, you could've tried with free hosting and a subdomain and then upgraded if it became popular. :p

    IRC Behavioural Issues.

Yeah, I know. Btw, I wasn't trying to attack you. I was just trying to let you know that you were possibly wasting money on something that might not work. :)

    IRC Behavioural Issues.

I am guilty of it too, and I need to stop. I think I'll leave the channel for a while, and find somewhere else to hang out. I seem to get irritated a little too easily over some things.

Do you miss the happy mac?

I have a black and white Happy Mac on my G4 thanks to MacBoot. :) Unfortunately I don't think it works on Intel Macs, and I'm planning on getting a MacBook...

Apple II gs the best Apple computer ever.

/me cries about how his IIgs Woz Edition's case is destroyed :( Found it in the scrap pile at the dump. The motherboard and dented up power supply still work though.

How do you feel about the logging of the #68kmla irc room?

I agree with Aeroraptor. What is said in the channel is for a specific person or few people. I do not want anything I've said there posted publicly. Especially considering a good amount of it is completely irrelevant.

LC 575 and Color Classic Battery Alternatives

The Color Classic uses the round 3.6v one though. I used 3 AA batteries in a hacked up cheapo flashlight mounted inside my Performa 636CD, which seemed to work.

LC 575 and Color Classic Battery Alternatives

I haven't tried it yet, but the batteries in most wireless house phone handsets are 3.6v. You'll need to adapt it and make a bracket, but the voltage is the same.

One Of The *GREATEST* Commercials *EVER* Made

I'd just have everyone else crowded around me whenever I took a laptop out. :p That's what happened last year. :p

    New Addition to the Kitchen

TeachText. :D I have a folder on the desktop called recipes where they're all saved. It's alphabetical and the simplest thing I could think of. I don't think my mom would be interested in learning HyperCard. :p

    New Addition to the Kitchen

I set up my SE on the island in our kitchen as a cookbook. I have around 10 recipes entered into it, I still have like 100 to go from little cards. :p

IIgs Woz Edition with destroyed case

    Heh, don't worry, I will. :)

IIgs Woz Edition with destroyed case

I found a couple old AT PCs in the scrap pile at my local dump and carried them up to my mom's car. I went back and did a bit of poking around and couldn't find anything other than a couple crushed PCs. I then noticed a piece of damaged beige plastic that was obviously the 'snow white' design...

    Online with my Quadra 630

Netscape is a bit of a pain though. :p I couldn't download ShadowIRC because SourceForge didn't want to load on the Quadra.

    Online with my Quadra 630

I'm online with my Quadra 630 via a PDS ethernet card, and just decided to stop my and say hi. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna go and download ShadowIRC. :D

    400MHz Gigabit Ethernet

Got it in a trade with defor. It came without any drives and 256MB of RAM. It's replaced my Sawtooth as my main machine. I put a USB hub in the Zip bay. :D

Local barebones Digital Audio $66 AU

The ATX power supply mod is easy. Two wires need to be spliced into to others. Took me like 5 minutes. :)

iMac Slotload Optical Drives in G4 Tower?

I know, but I want slotloading drives only. No trayloaders. My Acer has a slotloading DVD-R drive, but I'm definately not taking that out. :p

iMac Slotload Optical Drives in G4 Tower?

I just noticed that the actual plug on the drive itself is backwards compared to a normal laptop CD drive. That means the adaptor would stick out about 3 inches.
