    I'm sorry, but no its not. I've searched. Unless by easy you mean sifting through thousands of pages of results, most of which have to do with capacitor replacement.

    What is the purpose of the extra socket on a LCII MB?

    I just typed 68881. Of course a 68882 would be better. Now I just have to find a place that sells them in quantities less than 1000. :( You know, like one or maybe two. Thanks for the fast reply.

    I need the diagram for the power/video/sound connector on the motherboard. I found this diagram online months ago, but did not save it and I do not remember the search terms I used. Any help will be appreciated.

    What is the purpose of the extra socket on a LCII MB?

    Right next to the CPU are holes for a 68-pin PLCC socket. I'm guessing this is for a 68881, but I cannot find any documentation about this phantom socket. Has any ever played around with this?
