The StarTech adapter works great in my G4 350 AGP (Sawtooth). Tried two different drives. It will only boot (OS 9 at least) off a < 128GB drive, but OS 9.2.2 recognized a 240GB drive as well when it was set to slave. Drives: Kingston 240GB SSDNOW V300 Patriot 120GB Burst Elite

I assume not a Targa 1000 or Targa 2000 Pro? I am having trouble finding any Targa board with modules like that, other than an 8-bit ISA VMX which I assume has some sort of standard memory on it?

Anyone know if it is possible to just swap crystals to upgrade an IPA to GX performance? I'm not sure I would do so for fear of breaking a working card, but I am wondering if it is at least possible. Coincidentally, are SuperVideo and IPA the only software you need for this? Does SuperVideo...
