Of course you can create images with Disk Copy 4.2. Just pop in a disk and click "Read Master Floppy". Once the disk has been read in, go to File > Save Image. You have now just saved an image of your disk.

I finally got around to recapping my Color Classic, but unfortunately two of the pads came off the board and now the board is toast. I thought my LC 520 board would work so I popped it in, but the machine doesn't turn on. I wonder if the analog board has gone kaput too.

I've always wanted a Weller, but could never bring myself to drop the ~$200 on the model that I wanted. My wife picked up a Haako FX888 for me last Christmas. It was only $90 on Amazon and it has to be the best soldering iron I've ever used.
You didn't by any chance happen to use a telephone handset cord thinking it was the same did you? I've seen people do that. The pinouts are different. If you connect a telephone handset cord to the keyboard, you'll toast it.

Anyway, if you're in an emulator, and you move the mouse outside the bounds of the emulator, doesn't it switch focus back to your main OS, like mini vMac does?
According to Apple's KB article, you had a "nothing" error. I'd try another RAM stick and see what it does. Old Macs are very picky when it comes to RAM.
