Not easily and not without the logic board to drive the CRT. Why don't you open up the mac and show what you actually DO have. I might be interested in it if you'll let it go pretty cheap.

For system 7.1.1 the partition size limit is 2GB.  Disk size can go much higher if you partition the drive into multiple 2GB partitions
