Update: so I’ve decided to take the advice of those here that steered me to an SE for my first compact making this post “solved” I guess. I’m not getting this Mac Plus on fb marketplace. Thank you all for your inputs. Master class as always.

Oops. Sorry. A G3 tower. I had a beige PM 6400 but sold it to a much better tech than me after not being able to solve an issue with it. (In my past posts if curious)

You're correct about the Tome extractor. I used it to get usb extensions installed when I installed an OS without the card installed. Problem is it looks like all the Ethernet extensions are still there but I’d need a definitive list of what to look for from Someone to confirm.

So part of the problem is I don’t have an OS 9 Disk that will actually boot. I slow 1x burned a 9.0 and a 9.2.2. using MacGarden offerings but Neither will boot holding down C. It tries then kicks out and moves on the next good OS which is OS 10.4. I will try your link to get a 9.2.1. I’ll be...
