The greyscale adapter I recently acquired came with the adapter that was a homebrew piece based on the Micron schematics.
Here is a pic in case it is any use to you.
You mean this Sonnet G4? It is nice, but not a Cube model, not that it will stop anyone from using it one with a little care and customization.
This SSD from OWC is the pretty much the cream of the crop when it comes to PATA SSDs, as it can handle OS X level of wear.

If you want the most reliable SD/microSD cards, then the Industrial Panasonic is the way to go. The SLC line is what I have used in my 68k Macs on the revB units.
An oft forgotten option for the PowerPC era SCSI Macs is the Acard ARS-2000SUP SCSI-SATA Bridge. It is not a cheap option, but it has been around for a long time.
I have used the IDE-SATA Bridge model in numerous G4's and they worked reliably.
I took the picture last year, so its all a bit fuzzy until I take the SE/30 apart again. You can make out the main board is a MEAN WELL product. The next time I am inside which is soon I will take better shots.
Oh nice you have a manual, if you can you should scan it and upload a PDF, as there is no complete version online at all!
When I got my cards, I was getting the simasimac screen followed by the unhappy boot crash sound. Sakai-san informed me that the simasimac was normal as I had maxed out RAM...
Which hardware model of the Turbo are you using; the original model with the daughter card or the later single unit? Another factor could be the power supply, as the Turbos can be taxing. Did you try the combo in a IIsi?

Setup an alert for Sonnet G4. The Sonnet Cube cards are becoming very rare, I got a 1.8ghz last March for $157 and have not seen another since (or missed it if it had been a Buy It Now).
Rubber straps age and dry out, the cheaper the quality, the quicker It happens.
You can use a silicon spray on the straps to prolong the life. Here is a product that might help you for the future: http://www.ebay.com/itm/262594253982
If you drop the spin drive for the SSD, that should help alleviate some of the power and thermal issues.
I used to use the PowerLogix Dual 1.5Ghz in around 2004 without replacing the VRM and it never died. It was paired with a 17 ACD which it self was not a huge power drain, the larger monitors...
The Deluxe bundle is worth every penny, essential in fact if you are working on early compacts as so many disk drives have failed (usually due hardening of the lubrication). The biggest benefit I found are being able to switch systems relatively quickly and use tools like TattleTech without...
Curve monitors are a cheat product, most are simply 2x wider, and not "retina" in the Apple sense. The LG UltraFines as buggy as they are are glorious to use in 4k and 5k, and 2 of them side by side would be uber productive. The biggest problem is the 16:9 aspect ratio is crap for computer...
It is a PRO toy for the foreseeable future, but that won't stop the TV companies from trying to sell you one. When you see one in person it is amazing, but unless your applications and/or media are optimized for it, then there is no reason to buy one. Dell already is marketing one, and crazy...
