The big problem is XP without SP2 is quite buggy and horrifically insecure, ESPECIALLY at the time.
I run Windows 7 on my 867 MHz P3 with 512 MB RAM - it's very usable. Windows 10 wants a WDDM capable GPU, and on the CPU, PAE, (PPro minimum) SSE2, (then P4 minimum) NX. (then Prescott minimum)

Just a quick point: Cards that don't support encryption (branded as WaveLan Bronze) don't have the capability to at all. Silver cards that support weaker encryption than Gold cards CAN be converted into Gold cards with Alchemy. I did so on my WaveLan silver and it Just Works.
Expander is pretty good about dealing with MacBinary and BinHex. I think some browsers (maybe just IE) can even do the decoding automatically.
It's worth noting Netscape's installer ships an Expander of at least 4.x. Most Stuffit archives are 5.x, but it's better than noting.

Wow, this kind of stuff only happens once in a lifetime!
The 6100 is a unique machine, being the only PPC pizzabox. I hope you can cool that G3 in it though...
Right now it's purely an SSH terminal, until I figure out how to put a better distro onto it.
And yeah, SDIO is very common amongst low end tablets and even high end ones. Surfaces use SDIO WiFi. A lot of it is due to Intel skimping on PCIe lanes though.
What strange complaints.
1. Why so much hate towards SD? Boot wise, the thing to complain about is the pointless use of OF over a standard BIOS.
2. There's far worse to complain about the keyboard beyond the fact it's staggered 0which almost all keyboards beyond keyboard enthusiast ergonomic...
Yeah, removing the 7.5 updates is a bad idea. IIRC, just remove the splash screen PICTs (are they PICTs?) from the System file (and maybe the update files?) and it should revert back to that.
> That being said, hqx/bin/sit files do usually seem to survive a fork nuking if you let FAT touch them.
That's what their intended for - preserving Mac metadata/forks on non-Mac systems. (Windows has the clever trick of ADS to preserve them on NTFS, however.)
MacSSH is basically the only SSHv2 game in town. Keep in mind you will likely need to turn compression off and I think newer versions of OpenSSH may have dropped older key exchange and cipher mechanisms.
Most likely, they lost their type info from being on a PC, as well as resource forks. You should wrap your things in BinHex or MacBinary as to preserve classic Mac OS information.
Your problem might be in stale HSTS. Mac Garden decided on HTTPS and added stapling (so you always get the secure version) but reneged, so browsers will try to always use the (broken) HTTPS version.
That's the reality still in many countries, and hence why many services like WhatsApp have become popular.
This [the post above] will also probably make you lose a few friends ;)
