FYI, this a two diferent Logic board.
First Logic Board - Boot fine, everything work but I can not get ISCSI to work. Try Diferent SWIN and ISCSI IC with out luck
Second Unit - Was working fine, put it away to work on the first unit, now horizontal Jail bars.
Any ideas what else to check....in...
I just build 2 new SE/30 Logicboard.

The Recap was done by the owner, trying to get it working for him. I removed all of them and put them back. so far i dont see any issues with them. Continuity check has been done in all of them to verify. No issue so far. Anything else!

So the RP9 is a Boruns Inc. 4816P-T02-201 that is imposible to get if you are willing to get 2000 of them. Anyone has try to replace it with 4816P-T02-221LF.
The Diference is the is that the Original is 200 Ohms and the new one I am looking is 220 Ohms.
Any Suggestions.
Check/ replace resistor R5 (470K, 1/4 %-watt, 5%). But again, if you still touch the analog board and behavior take place, you have a crack soldering join somewhere.
