Pretty sure video artifacts are completely normal for using a IIFx rom, a IISI rom will boot right away.

Yes, you can use oshpark, as far as license it’s something I made for the community but if you want to start selling it or offering a service I would appreciate a small cut of something.

I've actually ordered two of the tray loader bezels from shapeways, I'll post pics when they arrive. Originally, my hard drive was mounted in the 5.25 bay, I didn't any extra mounts so I mounted a compact mac hard drive mount behind the cdrom.

Thanks to ArmorAlley and PB3623 for donations. It helps with the cost of maintaining my 3d printers and the cost of printing many many many bezels to make sure I get everything perfect.  I have something really neat coming out soon for the Macintosh 128k/512k/plus that will sole a BIG problem...

ABS, PETG, Strong resin, or Shapeways versatile plastic. You need something that is strong and also slightly flexible. If you are printing FDM it would be best to turn the models facing up, even though that would require a lot of supports, the top layer would be really smooth.

This should be my final revision of the open bezel: Changes: Adjusted size of the right standoffs Adjusted size of the ends decreased the dimensions of of the opening (added 8mm of material from the bottom) At this point I've printed and tried at least 10 bezels to further dial in this model.

Mac IIsi - Mainboard problem ... part missing - repair help needed!?!

Holy %^&%! Well...... This is what it's supposed to look like, start out by connecting that trace with a properly sized wire and see if it boots. That's not a capacitor that is typically recapped but we know one side leads to the trace and the other probably leads to ground. That little guy...

I plan to use my current model as a starting point to build both a tray loading and a slot loading version. Right now, my 950 has a hard drive in that bay but I plan to buy a scsi2sd.
