Yeah I’d like to make or buy a few. I think for most people the problem with scsi2sd is the price. Maybe you can call it Econoscsi? ScsiEmu? Scuzduino? Stm32scsi? Auduscsi? Some call the stm32 board the “blue pill” board so maybe bluescsi?

I don't want to be negative, but the only board I've ever recovered after a battery explosion is the Mac Classic, the area around the battery for the classic is not nearly as dense. But you have a schematic, check for continuity and go from there.

Using a diode so it will only register current in one direction.
Maybe UA5? The sound chip generates the reset signal, also, make sure one of the buttons isn't stuck down.
