Friday night got three 1400 series Powerbooks. As of yet not working. A 1400c/166, 1400cs/166 and a 1400cs/133. On Saturday, got a PB 540c working with dead battery and out of a PM 7200/100 a PCIPC card. The card fits into a PCI slot and allows you to use 16 bit PCMCIA or PC cards.

When you say PM card, do you mean a replaceable card?

Plugged a known working power adapter into the 1400c. Pushed the on key and nothing. Pushed the reset button at rear and the light at the top of the screen comes on. Nothing else works. any ideas as to where to start.
