Thank you both so much for all the tips ...
I'll first make a plan first of what needs to be patched on the SE/30 simm so that the simm works in the quadra.
I can buy a programmer and a 8MB Simm for 140,- Euro plus tax but I like to build it with parts i have already.
How do I need to patch my 2MB SE/30 ROM SIMM to be able to use it with the Q650?
I have a programmer for the 29F040 chips but I have to program each 29F040 individually.
I carefully desoldered the ROM socket from my Quadra 700 motherboard and soldered it into my Quadra 650 motherboard.
I also have a 2MB ROM SIMM module that I bought for my IIsi. It contains four M29F040-70 flash chips, so I can reprogram the chips ...
I'm now looking for a patched ROM for my...
Suddenly the Mainboard works, which is annoying when it doesn't work and then suddenly does, and you can't find any error to fix. I installed System 7.1 and System 7.6 for testing purposes without any problems. I'm using two 32MB SIMM modules and two 16MB SIMM modules, all EDO, without any...
I initially thought it was due to the RAM, which consisted of two EDO SIMM modules. However, the memory test showed no problems. I also tried two 8MB FPM SIMM modules, but without any improvement.
The system installers, whether for 7.5.3 or 7.6, all hang after two-thirds of the installation...
It works better but Mac OS 7.6 and 8.0 Installer terminates with an error, and upon rebooting, a "sad mac" message appears. The computer only boots up fine with a CD image.

I buy a faulty Q650 Mainboard and Test it ...
The error occurs in almost 90% of all programs started, including a Mac OS installer. There must be a hardware defect on the motherboard. The board is clean and looks flawless.
Looking for a power supply connector (EU) from the motherboard, for example, on an IIsi, Q700, or Q650? I'd like to build a test power supply. Or what other connectors can I use?
I have a Miro Prisma II Plus, but I can't get it to work. I'm certain it's faulty. My NEC MultiSync 1970NX monitor supports sync-on-green, but I'm not getting any image. The graphics card should work with this monitor. I installed a composite sync to H/V sync converter on the graphics card, and...
My guess is that because of the 88 MHz crystal oscillator and the MC10H124P Motorola chip, it is a monochrome graphics card for controlling an ECL monitor?
@Bolle ... did you modify your adapter by adding Sync on Green via a transistor? My NEC monitor supports SoG, but it doesn't display a picture and indicates it's not receiving any signal, so I suspect my card doesn't have SoG. I can see the card's desktop in the monitor control panel.
I tried connecting the C/H sync as Hsync and the Vsync directly from the GPU pin A6 as Vsync. Of course, it doesn't work.
Can't you tell the GPU to only output Hsync instead of outputting C/H sync via pin C6? I think there's an Atari VME bus graphics card with the same chip, and that works with...
