This great little piece of kit made my way thanks to @moldy. Firstly tested it out on my SE/30 combined with a Kinetics Etherport II SE/30. It was a simple plug and play and happily chugged along peaking at 120kB/sec. Not bad reaching almost a megabit on 34 year old gear! (Running OT on 7.5.5)...

Works for me again, yesterday it only showed a "critical error" and a status 500 - internal server error. But as @Phipli mentions, quite slowly :)

Great that you got it working! FYI it does not have to be 16MB sims in both for it to work. You can mix sizes as long as you do it in groups of four (ie. 4x16 + 4x4 works too).

Seems to top out at 832 x 624/24-bit and be the quadra specific version of the ”regular” 24Mx (Guess the Q is for quadra 😄)
