    128k 630-0101 board blowing fuse on analog board

    hi there =) i have a nice 128k board, but this one blows the fuse on the analog board. already replaced is TSM IC, Q1, capacitors on the logic board, checked the ports for shorts... any hints where to look, is there a common point of failure on these? greetings!

    Yes i had that Dove SCSI board, but sold it a year ago. I kept the macsnap that scsi board looked a lot like the supermac rom card above

    if you have the dove scsi, them you already have custom roms I guess I took the board out, on top of my ROM ic’s there was a little dove board Cant remember if it was clip on or replacing the stock rom ic’s

    I have this also, exactly with dove and rominator Only system 5.1 would boot 6.0.8 would stall at the Welcome screen I also mixed with 6.1.7 Finder and it works with 5.1 system.. strange

    Mostly the drives need a recap? My friend has capped like 20x 1.44MB and 8x800K, and oh also all my 400k drives After recapping, format always works again (on my drives)

    Yes funny the differences between wombat boards, I have a q800 with 55mhz 88916 and 8mb ram and rom slot, a q650 with 4mb ram / 70mhz 88916 without Rom slot, a q650 without Rom slot with 8mb and 70mhz They seem to come in a lot of flavours

    Wombat (650, 800) board overclocking limitations

    Does anybody know if the mod at page 10 with the r151 installed is for 33/40 or 20/25mhz rom timing? I’m confused because all my boards have r151 already installed (q650-800) and they run at 33 not 25mhz:)
