I have a similar card but its for a SE/30, does the driver work on this? or if someone here has them because this card wont do anything when plugged in my se30, just boots normal onboard 030.

The 117kb rom is also the same issue, boots but no usb

So not sure if its my card but after flashing and trying this rom in my g4 quicksilver, my usb devices stopped working but works fine on another card that has 512k. Im going to see if i can transfer the rom between the cards and try it to see if that does anything. Update: Yep it is your code...
