Yup. That does the trick. Previously just launching and clicking LOGIN on ChatNet would cause the issue. Now the network remains up. I assume that the sporadic network issue will do too since it was the same error. Again, many thanks!

I know exactly what you mean. Only issue is that I am now a bit complacent and my little jar of screws seems to have more and more screws after each stripdown. I'm just forgetting to put them all back.

I don't think so but I could be wrong. It is a much more recent printer so I guess it's got a different print engine inside.
