Well with the 1.6mm it is possible to get them in there, I just wouldn't recommend it. You have to kind of put it on top of the socket then rock the simm back and forth until it goes in. It might be a good option if you never want to take it out again, but taking them out is really scary lol 

Also bumping the inner/outer copper on the board might help get a better fit. 

Well my first ones were 1.6mm, but they are WAYYY too hard to get in/out of the socket. I basically had to wriggle it back and forth multiple times for it to fit in the socket and getting it out felt like I was going to rip the whole board with it. I measured the original ram I have here and...

I'll start making a list when I get them, but I'll give priority to the people who expressed interest here first.  I'm shooting for $25 a module with a min of 4. 

So basically I'll be making 25 sets of 4. Seems better to sell them in sets of 4 rather than 8 since some people probably won't want 128MB heh. This is probably the only run I'll do since it's so time intensive...especially since it's gonna be 100 modules.  If people want to assemble it...

Ok so I just tested the ones I got and they work fine. I'm ordering 100 boards which should be here next week.

Seems to be made by Apple. Called the Carnation III ICE. Some sort of processor tester via the PDS slot?

No idea, but they are from my dad's floppy disk pile. He had a LISA as a work computer a long time ago and they bought them when they were new. 

Are these useful for anything? I mean are there people that collect these?

Found one of these at a recycle shop. I was wondering if they can be upgraded to a 030? And second how much do these usually go for? Thanks!
