    G4 Open firmware help

    I have a G4-500 with a zip drive. OS X boots on it just fine, but attempting to enter into open firmware by option+apple+o+f, results in the monitor going to power saving mode and no output after a few seconds. Tried both the VGA and the DVI (with converter to VGA) ports on the video card...
