Been working on a front/back panel for the case thats in the parts list(Hammond RM2015S)
Just finishing up some last minute tweaks and I'll post the STL here(and feel free to put it on the github if you want)
Kinda sucks that stuff like this gets ignored considering this has been a known issue for nearly 2 months, and I do see people post about issues joining this forum in facebook groups sometimes.
so from what I gather(at least from the issues that were happening a few years ago with the forum crash, not sure if anythings changed) is Cory doesn't admin things related to the infrastructure, and it's wthww who does all the tech infrastructure and would be the one that has access to fixing...
Got both the PCBs and the components this afternoon, built one, and it seems to work well. Don't have extra ADB cables handy(in the basement...somewhere) but hoping to find them this weekend and really test it out.
Awesome work!
For now I would turn DIP 3 off again, I don't believe debug mode needs to be on at this moment, and it makes the log files harder to read(and don't quote me on that, i believe debug mode being on could effect the performance slightly).
So it sees the disk image and has assigned it to SCSI ID...
BlueSCSI uses disk images rather than writing the files directly to the SD card. If you just want to use the bluescsi as a drive, and use the files on that mac/another vintage Mac with SCSI, then yeah you'd just copy it over to the BlueSCSI drive image(which will be mounted on the desktop of...
Did you plug the BlueSCSI in or unplug it while the machine was powered on?
Not sure if that would necessarily cause your specific issues, but plugging/unplugging SCSI(or ADB- the keyboard/mouse port) while the computer is on is not a good idea and could cause damage
Also while you have it open, on the power supply board there's a 20ish pin connector that's goes to a cable for power for the motherboard(very similar to an ATX power cable)
Reflow that connector, because those joints tend to crack as well and cause issues.

If you're using a bluescsi.ini config file on the SD card, make sure you don't have the debug mode turned on. That could add some slowness.
Other than that, yeah could definitely be the SD card or the SCSI driver.
assuming you're looking for the STL files and not like, the raw CAD design files-they're here

(not linked to on his page directly, but had to go through the github link and find it there)
I've got an old Sonicwall NSA2600 that I'm planning to use the...
