Just an update for anyone looking in the future, mine is leaking as of now, in early 2025. It's probably time to consider changing or removing the supercapacitor.

Does anyone have any idea how the chipset heatsink is connected on an iMac G4 logic board? It has little tabs touching the logic board, but I can't tell if they're soldered and what purpose the tabs serve. I want to re-paste the chipset heatsink, but obviously I don't want to destroy the board.

Looking for some help ID-ing a capacitor. It's obviously 25V but I can't find a spec sheet for this series so I'm not sure of the capacitance. It's from the logic board of a Powerbook Duo 2300c.
