That CRT is totally done. I'd definitely say finding another Mac is probably the easiest, but you might have luck finding an old TV or something that uses a similar tube.

I ended up using a 1.5V AA battery which somehow is still keeping the settings I needed (mouse speed and a few others). Clock has fallen about 2-3 weeks behind though.
Update: Never mind, just found out the cap I was worried about is actually fine. Those little vinyl caps are deceiving!!
