Hello MLAers! We've re-enabled auto-approval for accounts. If you are still waiting on account approval, please check this thread for more information.
One thing to consider is that the Clamshells are super expensive and the snow iBooks are not. The 500 and 600MHz ones should be a lot more reliable than the 700-900MHz ones because they have a way less hot-running video chip, and probably use leaded solder anyway since they're 01/02 instead of...
Top left is for a 190/5300, a 3400, or a Kanga. Can’t tell which since they look nearly the same.
Bottom left is for a 1400
Bottom right is for a 1400, i think.
The right middle one is for a Duo
And I can’t tell what the top right one is.
After so long, I'm surprised that none of the admins have just taken the 2 minutes to copy and paste them into a forum thread:

Okay, so if you leave it on for an hour and a half and then pixel-peek the left corners, there will be a tiny tiny bit of darkening. But it’s so minor that a camera won’t even pick it up...
Very interesting info! My 190cs will run off of a 3400 battery (presumably won't charge one but I haven't checked). My 5300ce on the other hand does not run off of one whatsoever. Both are "AA" units that went through Apple's service program. Both run fine off the original NiMH batteries so it's...
So far I think I still prefer the PDQ over this one, but it certainly is a quite nice machine. Thinner and faster, although my PDQ has a 466MHz upgrade card in it (this Pismo is a 400).
I let the battery charge up and it lasted for one entire minute before dropping to zero, lol.
W530 is basically a souped up T530 that has a Quadro and a few other enhancements. They’re pretty nice machines!
Here’s the Pismo:
Unfortunately, it has a line in the screen. Can’t complain though since it was cheap. The battery holds a charge! Not sure how much yet, coconutbattery showed...
