The part of the jumper i broke was one of the thin metal pieces. Is this wire supposed to be here? (Sorry for the bad quality, I got a dollar store webcam) Also attached a drawing of the jumper because my webcam wont focus.

I toke off this from the part on the motherboard that said "Select Rom" or something like that. When trying to put it back on one of the metal pieces fell off. Now when i turn the machine on the screen is bright green without me pushing the reset button. Pushing...

Assuming your using the 7.5 floppy you talked about, the second error means that there are no system files it recognizes to boot from. Error 41 means that Finder is missing on the disk. As for the 4th one I do not know.
The '0000000f' means that the error code is "Reserved for Macintosh Compatibility" and 00000066 means that the system is too old for the current ROM. (According to google.)
Yes. And different types of ram. When holding down the reset button, the screen lights up. Color changed depending on the type or amount of ram sticks I use.
Old drives die all the time. It sucks. I recommend getting a external bluescsi. They are really useful compared the the internal model since you can swap them from machine to machine without having to open it up.
