    Online Vintage Gaming?

Sweet thanks! I think for our 68kmla to-be games, we should restrict play to vintage machines, much cooler that way ;)

    Online Vintage Gaming?

I installed Quake III Arena for OS9 last night. I most definitely did not play this version back in the day. Was able to handshake with some Quake 3 Internet servers, but seems this install is a lower version than the servers were running, so couldn't connect. I didn't feel like figuring out...

    Online Vintage Gaming?

Seems there are quite a few folks with or building G3 and G4 class gaming machines. Are there any vintage online gaming servers? I remember having a blast playing Quake II online back in the day. Unreal Tournament looks pretty cool too (never played back then). Would be fun to game online...

Haha well put! We played Duke over than LAN at my 90s ISP while taking tech support calls. Was a very split brain experience showering the playing field with rocket fire while walking an old lady who just bought home her first PC from Best Buy through setting up Dial Up Networking :ROFLMAO...

Hopefully there will be another G4 opportunity for you. I never supported them, but I hear the dual proc ones are a bit temperamental? Also, hows that G3 B&W treating you?

    ClassicGuyPhilly's Finds

Ah gotcha! Thought maybe he was a big Duke fan. The Graphite G4s are awesome machines. These were the last Macs for which I provided direct tech support, so extra special for me :)

@LaPorta thanks! Local eBay. They were a package deal, I really wanted the 400, so I can definitely be tempted to part with the 350 if anyone is looking for a G4. To quote Kosmo Kramer...interesting trades considered! And thx will check on iomega drivers :)
