    Machintosh Classic II Sound Issue

Never use glue to attach components to the PCB. Your joints look wrinkly, next time actually use flux and more heat on the iron. A good solder joint is smooth and shiny.

Giant box of BMUG (and a few Educomp) floppies!

If you were on Linux you could mount the plain old HFS disk images natively and list the files. In my opinion I would publish the magnetic flux copies of the diskettes along with Disk Copy images so everyone has everything they would ever need

Is there anything remarkable about this ROM from a Mac 10 HDD?

2716 ROMs are supported by the Relatively Universal ROM Programmer, but you don't actually need it if you only want to read out a ROM. A plain microcontroller can be used. See https://www.nycresistor.com/2012/07/07/stick-a-straw-in-its-brain-and-suck-how-to-read-a-rom/

Which one do you have? I've read and burned ROMs just fine with the Relatively Universal ROM Programmer

Mac Plus raster shifts to left over time

When first powered on, the geometry of the picture is fine. Over time, it moves to the left. The analog board still works but hasn't been recapped
