that should have been done before using it. iivx caps are very leaky. in fact, there's a pair near the internal SCSI port.

there's no schematic sheet available so you'll have to manually figure out connections.

also i think they originally came in these pyramid shaped boxes? can't find a good picture sadly
display panel needs a recap, as all passive matrix powerbook 1x0 screens do.
check here. I use ceramics myself, but the tants are PROBABLY fine.
in theory the leakage could be bad enough that you'd need a replacement panel, but it's probably ok.
it's not cloudy, just uneven backlighting when...
a shame that Disk 1 was imaged incorrectly. someone used toast (yuck) and now it's not properly bootable without some muckery.

if you turn the card upside down you can see the name of the product. it's exactly what it says on the tin... an IBM 3270 terminal emulator card.
not terribly useful for most people that don't have an 3270 establishment controller and system370/390/etc
