this repair might be beyond your ability. i recommend passing it on to someone else.
why would you bake it?
it looks like moisture or oil on the BACKLIGHT
see image. behind the LCD is a diffusing film and then an acrylic lightguide. these two parts are sensitive to oils and solvents. you likely got some kind of liquid in between the diffusing film and lightguide.

the best way is to buy new caps
second best way is to use desoldering braid.
or you could do what i do. heat up both sides repeatedly and slowly use iron to angle the cap upwards until one side isn't soldered down.. then finish the job with the iron on the other side. ymmv.
