Nasty case is apart

Will need a new acrylic foot

Apparently this is a 400mhz Sawtooth model, not bad...

Wonder if dual cpu setups will work

Dual CPU will work with a QS CPU card, but you will need to cut or remove one of the IDE port, and it will end up being unstable because it will overheat antyway.

Do not recommend that setup, I've done it. That poor thing died from heat 6 month later :/

@demik Don't some early Sawtooths not support dual CPU? Or is there a way to make it work with any Sawtooth?

That's a good question, can't remember if it was a firmware issue or some chip revision…

I don't think it was firmware because it was common to update the firmware to support newer CPUs, but the same companies said that you couldn't use their dual CPUs.

That's a shame, but at least that means I have a reason not to spend an ungodly amount of money on this thing

Speaking of which, after cleaning, and re assembly, I decided to power it on, and it chimes!

Sadly I don't have a DVI monitor (yet)
