We are looking for a few new moderators to help keep the community organized, informative, and welcoming.
Moderators will interact directly with members across all areas of the forum.
Ideal candidates:
• Have strong knowledge of subforums (hardware, software, peripherals, hacks, trading post, etc.)
• Are familiar with the broader 68kMLA community
• Demonstrate consistent involvement and a positive presence
• Are knowledgeable, respectful, and supportive of the community
Expectations for this role are, generally speaking:
• Understand the forum rules and general guidance given by forum administrators
• Have access to, be signed in on, and be active in 68kMLA moderation backchannel chat (A private Telegram channel is established for this)
• Ask questions if necessary, as administrators and other moderators are also expected, within reason, to be available via the same chat
• Independently make moderation decisions including but not limited to:
