Well... the problem was on the logic board. I bought a new board and I installed on the Mac using the same processor and memory and everything worked fine. Thanks to everyone who tried to help! :)

Alright, I'll observe that, and the four beeps means that the ROM block is bad, right? The one beep means that no RAM is installed according to the service manual.

I have the same problem, the PRAM battery is new, all the case and components are clean, every module of RAM was tested and I've reseted the PRAM/CUDA a hundred times, but the problem persists. Any ideias how to fix this? xx(
