I have solved this issue. If D1 or D2 or both are not working, you will have this issue. Replaced them both with new and now all works fine.

Going to make a case version with no FloppyEMU and put mounts for a real floppy drive. Not sure on a spinner HD at this time as that means adding the power cord to power it to the picoatx.

I have a backlit inverter that has a bad L200 inductor coil. Does anyone know if this is still available somewhere to buy the part or someone has one can sell me? Inspecting it, you can see where the coating on the wires has burned off and overheating. It is very small item.
