I had a problem very like yours, Display problem with complete booting. My problem was related to a faulty memory chip keeping certain lines low. I replaced them by taking them from an old mac II card.
Dont mind the crash, it was just a bad System install. Important thing is I got video.
I had the exact same problem with the jailbars, it was faulty memory chips. I replaced them by taking them off an old mac II video card. I just snipped the legs on the chips and joined them.

I had something very like what you are getting with the bad video. Turns out I had 2 bad video memory chips, which caused thin vertical bars over the video.
But unlike mine, you are getting corrupt graphics as well. Could be a fault with one of the multiplexers (74F253) since your video is...
