I'm not sure if you've made any progress on this, and I'm sure there are folks on here who could probably offer better troubleshooting help than I can, but I had a similar issue with my Lisa 2/10. I ended up removing, socketing, and replacing the SRAM on the I/O board. Testing the 5114 SRAMs...
