Quadra 700 floppy not working (not the floppy drive)

Hello, I dusted off my old Quadra and noticed the floppy wasn't reading or formatting disks. After chasing that for a while trying to figure it out, I swapped out the drive for a known good one and it's doing the exact same thing. Has anyone ever had this happen and what can I look at? Thanks!

I messed with it more and removing RC10 (filter network) fixed the error messages. The external floppy won't work until I replace it but I don't have an external drive anyway. Yay! Thanks again for all the help!

    Color Classic screen alignment

Hello! Does the Color Classic have any adjustments for "squaring up" the screen? (see images) I have not recapped the board yet (I will!) and realize that alone may fix the problem but wondering if any of the many, many, adjustments on the analog board control this. Thanks!
