    Just to followup. I purchased NEW ATF16V8B-15PU from Mouser. All problems went away. FYI! Notice the part ends in PU instead of the old part that ended in PC.

    Sorry for super late post.. I had a question. I purchased ATF16V8B-15PC off of ebay. They were new old stock and seemed to program and verify with no problem. With my Bolle reloaded board and NO expansion boards it works fine. But when I add the Asante Maccon and Video 30 boards stacked...
