    Performa plus display only 16 colors?

    I’ve read that the Performa plus display can do thousands of colors, but I only see options for 4 and 16 colors. I’d like to get at least 256 colors. Am I missing something? I’ve owned several se/30s, but This is my first color 68k Macintosh.

    hhmmm.... I guess Ill keep the Color Classic II intact then, but is there any 9" color monitor that would fit into a Classic case and any guts that can run os 8 or 9 as a max that will fit?
