Since exchanging the dead flyback in my iMac G3 with a working one, the screen dimensions are almost good, but not quite.
Is there a way I can adjust the dimensions? The vertical size needs to be decreased and the vertical position too. There are no adjustment pots on the board, of course.
I have an iMac G3 (slot loading) with a dead flyback.
I bought an anlogue board with a flyback, knowing that this flyback might well also be faulty. The previous owner reported getting high voltage but nothing else on his machine.
I put this flyback in my iMac where it displayed the same...
I had a working installation of Sorbet Leopard on my G4 Cube.
When I ran the script to enable the HK iSub 2000 speakers, the sound device was gone entirely.
Running the uninstall script didn't bring sound back.
The boot chime has disappeared and the sound device on all other partitiones (OS 9.2...
Here I have a Cube, which turns on and boots into MacOS alright (confirmed by getting sound, sleep, ecject CDs etc) but shows no picture whatsover.
It has the ATI graphics card, which is confirmed to work, I used the Geforce2 complete with the riser card from my other cube, but it didn't like...
So back to my question of using a SCSI emulator, such a s BlueSCSI.
If I put the .sit and .dsk files on the SD card on it, will I still have the same problems of the Mac not recognising the files or corrupting them?
