@AppleWoz in my case I ended up tracing it to the diodes that make up the bridge rectifier - which on the 120V AB are CR23 to CR26. One of those was shorted and hence it was blowing the fuse. I fixed that but the AB still seemed to have bigger issues - although it no longer blew the fuse...

Hey All, I have recently managed to get a troublesome Mac Color Classic logic board that would not boot to "kind of" start working.
I completed a full re-cap and ultrasonic clean of the board, but it was still not powering (nothing happened when pressing the soft power button on the keyboard)...
I'm also facing a similar issue with a 110V Plus AB that was plugged into a 240V supply - about to start diagnosing the components. @Will-cheyney did you end up having any luck solving your problem here?
