    Which version of gcc do you have installed? You'll want to make sure you have at least GCC 4.4. Also, try #include <atomic> instead.

    As I said before, you'll need to add this line to appleramdac.cpp if you want it to compile: #include <atomic.h>

    It seems like you just need to include atomic.h in appleramdac.cpp. If possible, make sure you include the whole build log.
