Had this exact problem and noticed that C39 was physically damaged. Replacing it fixed the problem completely. Probably not the only failure mechanism, but at least the one that I experienced.

Had this same problem. I replace all the capacitors, the two diodes and a couple power transistors on the analog board, but the optocoupler was the biggest culprit. Once I replace the optocoupler it booted, but still reboots randomly after anywhere from 1 to 5 minutes. I am going to check all...
