    Thank you. I just restored this baby. Bearings were totally seized. Had to open them for a good cleaning and regreasing. They now work perfectly. Switches are a bit idiosyncratic. Have ordered some from digikey.

    Check if each chip is in the right place. There’s an ID on each chip. It matches where they have to be. I don’t have access to this file right now (away on a vacation), but you can find it on the internet. It indicates where each PAL is located.

    Definitely sound issues with Klondike and Canfield. Otherwise fast but not so when accessing disk. SCSI and disk access speed's probably the bottleneck.
