SevenTTY — local shell + terminal + SSH for classic Mac OS

The skull is no longer toothless - thanks!! Now, the only thing missing is the ability to transfer files. Any future plans for that? :D

SevenTTY — local shell + terminal + SSH for classic Mac OS

Thank you for the CP437 character support! CQ II BBS looks much better now, although dark gray (ANSI color code 08) characters appear black - you can see the brackets when I change the background to white.

SevenTTY — local shell + terminal + SSH for classic Mac OS

Thanks for adding telnet support! Would it be possible to add the CP437 character set for better BBS ANSI emulation?

Any plans to add telnet functionality? It would be cool to be able to connect to BBS's with this.

Upgrading my G4 MDD with a SONNET Encore/Crescendo MDX G4 Duet 1.8GHz Dual CPU Upgrade

Sweet setup! Does it still boot into OS9 after the upgrade? I've got a dual 1.42 GHz MDD with a Radeon 9250 for OS9 gaming and a Radeon 9800 Pro for OS X gaming. I've been playing some Dungeon Siege, CoD, and CoD United Offensive on it recently.

Innecto: A new game for System 7 (68000) and soon (I hope) earlier systems too

105K only? That's some efficient programming! Just played through the first 10 levels in Basilisk II and I'm really liking it. I won't upload it to Macintosh Garden but I can't promise I won't upload it to my BBS...

    Anyone here use TeleFinder?

Starlight BBSstarlightbbs.com:3389TeleFinder Starlight BBS used to run Telefinder, but it looks like it's now running NovaServer. The Sysop of Starlight would be the guy to talk to about Telefinder.

Operation : PewPew! A new game for 68040 and soon... 68030

Updated my news page - now you've hit the big-time! 😅

Operation : PewPew! A new game for 68040 and soon... 68030

Don't know how I missed this, but luckily someone uploaded it to my BBS! I was not expecting stereo music to come blasting from my MBP speakers when I fired it up in Basilisk II. Fantastic job so far!!

New application for Mac OS 8-9!

Very cool - will test out on my MDD Mac! The ultimate setup would be to package this with a bunch of games like Total Replay for the Apple II. I imagine that HD image would be pretty large though, so maybe one could just do the classics.

    Interest Check: A 'walled-garden' service

My thoughts exactly! :) Thanks for the plug, but just to clarify - CQ II runs Mystic software on an old Mac Mini. My yearly #MARCHintosh project, The Crow's Nest BBS, runs Hermes software on my IIci for the month of March. Agreed.

    Interest Check: A 'walled-garden' service

You can already do almost all of those things on Captain's Quarters II BBS - local / global chats, email, forums, national news headlines, sports headlines, local weather forecast, and multi-player door games. Not to mention tons of vintage Mac downloads and Mac-related g-files! I'm the only...

    Hermes BBS install

Some more good Hermes stuff (thanks to @joevt for unstuffing!) from AMUG BBS in a Box vol 22. These are two issues of Hermes External Newsletter which contain instructions on how to create doors for Hermes among other things. I wonder if there were more than two issues? There's nothing Hermes...

    Works perfect - thanks again!

Can anyone get this file to unstuff?

Sweet - thank you!! Never even heard of Stuffit Destinations. I just downloaded Stuffit Expander 16 (Stuffit Destinations is not available in the App Store) for my MBP running Ventura but it couldn't unstuff it either... Wanna give this one a try too? :)
